FROM PRATTVILLE AUTAUGA HUMANE SHELTER
Nala is a 10-month-old female Yellow Lab mix who has already been spayed. She is a return adoption because she was chewing which would be normal for a Lab at this age. Nala is brown and a pretty young dog. She currently weighs 37 pounds; and she will be a medium sized adult dog who will weigh 30-60 pounds.
Nala is active and playful as all Labs would be. She is leash trained and house trained. Nala is good with dogs and children; but she is a bit rowdy with children because she is very frisky. This girl has it all! She’s sweet, fun, and ready to go home with a new family.
Our adoption fee is $120 for dogs and $50 for cats. This fee covers a microchip, microchip registration, discounted spay/neuter, deworming, vaccinations (as age and law requires), and a courtesy vet exam at participating offices. Unless otherwise indicated under “special needs” our dogs have screened heart worm negative.
The shelter is located at 1009 Reuben Road in Prattville. Our regular hours are Monday through Saturday from 11 am until 4 pm. We are closed the last Thursday of the month for staff training. Adoptions are currently by appointment only.
