Sgraffito has taken the pottery classes by storm!! What the heck is sgraffito, you might ask? One of the oldest and most popular pottery decorating techniques, sgraffito means to scratch and create an image or graphic, a process in which the pottery surface layer is removed to reveal “scratches” of a contrasting color.
