PAHS Pet of the Week is Tesla; Leash-trained and calm, would be fine with dogs and children

FROM PRATTVILLE AUTAUGA HUMANE SHELTER

Tesla is a 2-year-old female Pit Bull mix who must be spayed before she is adopted.  She came to PAHS a stray who was found out in the county; and her owner did not reclaim her.  Tesla is black with white markings; and a very pretty girl.  She is solidly built; and she is a medium sized dog.  Tesla is leash trained and very calm.  She would be just fine in a home with other dogs and children.  This sweet girl is eager to please and would make a nice family dog.  Please come meet Tesla soon.  She is such an awesome girl!

Our adoption fee is $120.00 for dogs and $50.00 for cats.  This fee covers a microchip, microchip registration, discounted spay/neuter, deworming, vaccinations (as age and law requires), and a courtesy vet exam at participating offices.  Unless otherwise indicated under “special needs” our dogs have screened heart worm negative.

The shelter is located at 1009 Reuben Road in Prattville.  Our regular hours are Monday through Saturday from 11 am until 4 pm.  We are closed the last Thursday of the month for staff training.  Adoptions are currently by appointment only.
