There is a phone scam going around the area you need to be aware of. You may receive a call from 334-591-1266 from either a Deputy Chief David Hill, Deputy Tom Allen Deputy Dupre or Deputy McIntosh from the Autauga County Sheriff’s Office saying you missed a court date and there it a Federal Grand Jury Warrant out for your arrest. If you get money and send it in the warrant will go away.

THIS IS A SCAM!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT SEND ANY MONEY OR GIVE ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION OVER THE PHONE. Please be advised that the Autauga County Sheriff’s Office does not serve Federal Warrants, we serve warrants from Autauga County District Court or Circuit Court and we will not call you on the phone stating you have a warrant. The only way you can verify if you have a warrant is to come to the Sheriff’s Office and present your ID.
