GENERAL PARADE INFORMATION

The Mardi Gras Parade starts at noon after the staging at the Mill Creek Park. Millcreek Park is located behind The Smokehouse Bar-B-Q restaurant on Main Street. There will be personnel on site to direct you to your starting position.

The only “theme” for the parade is Laissez Les Bons Temp Rouler or Let the Good Times Roll. Have fun with decorating your entry. Judging will begin at 11 a.m. and all units must be in place at that time to be considered for any prizes.

Alcohol is not permitted on any entry.  Entries are encouraged to toss to the crowd Mardi Gras items such as beads, candy, small stuffed animals or other items of your choice.  The parade route is over a mile long.  Please “pace” yourself in throwing out your items.  The crowd will be larger in the area around the Village Green.
