MONTGOMERY POST – A single-vehicle crash that occurred at approximately 7:35 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 16, has claimed the life of a Crestview, Fla. man. Paul T. Norris, 78, was fatally injured when the 2002 Ford pickup he was driving ran off the roadway and struck a tree. Norris was not utilizing his seat belt at the time of the crash and was pronounced deceased at the scene. The crash occurred on Interstate 65 near the 184 mile marker, approximately three miles west of Prattville, in Autauga County. Nothing further is available as Troopers with the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency’s (ALEA) Highway Patrol Division continue to investigate.
