A two-vehicle crash that occurred at approximately 5:10 a.m. Thursday, Sept. 9, has claimed the life of a Prattville woman. Alana Kinsley Golson, 39, was driving a 2005 Chevrolet Malibu when a 2004 Ford Explorer, driven by Petra Felice Altenhofen, 50, of Montgomery, crossed the center line and collided with Golson’s vehicle, resulting in Golson’s fatal injuries. She was pronounced deceased at the scene. The crash occurred on U.S. 82 east near the 135 mile marker, approximately three miles west of Prattville, in Autauga County. Nothing further is available as Troopers with the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency’s (ALEA) Highway Patrol Division continue to investigate.
