Millbrook FUMC Celebrates Back to School with Carnival Fun for Kids

Now that school is back in session, church activities on Wednesdays for Millbrook’s First United Methodist Church started back on Aug. 18th, 2021. If you have a child ages PreK through a senior in high school, bring them out on Wednesday nights. Families that attended the Aug. 18th service were welcomed with dinner from 5:30 to 6:15 p.m., and fun “Carnival” themed activities for their children afterward.

The adults were able to hear Reverend Jerry May speak from his heart and also had prayer. Children enjoyed hot dogs, chips, baked beans and even a dessert! The Pastor served scrumptious salad for the adults.

At Every Wednesday night service all children can come eat dinner, no matter the age, FREE of charge. Any adults that would like dinner, can purchase a plate for $8.

On Wednesday, activities for ages PreK- 5th grade including playing on the playground, a bouncy house, outdoor games, a gaga pit, sidewalk chalk and much more.

Activities for ages 6th grade and up were also included.
