PAHS Featured Pet of the Week – Paris

Paris is a 1-and-1/2 year old female Terrier mix who must be spayed before she is adopted.  She came to PAHS as a stray and her owner never came looking for her.  Paris has a medium length coat that is black with brown and white markings.  She weighs 31 pounds so she is considered to be a medium sized dog.  Paris is a wonderful young dog who is a real little character.  She is just as sweet as she can be and would be great in a home with other dogs and children.  This friendly girl is active, playful, and would appreciate a nice, fenced yard where she could safely play.  Paris is the perfect size to fit in just about anywhere.  Our staff quickly fell in love with this outgoing girl who can be quite comical with her frisky antics.  If you are looking to adopt an awesome dog with potential to be the best new family member ever–Paris could be the one for you!

Our adoption fee is $120.00 for dogs and $50.00 for cats.  Our adoption fees cover a

microchip, microchip registration, discounted spay/neuter, deworming, vaccinations (as age and law requires), and a courtesy vet exam at participating offices.  Unless otherwise indicated under “special needs” our dogs have screened heart worm negative.   The shelter is located at 1009 Reuben Road in Prattville.  Our regular hours are Monday through Saturday from 11 am until 4 pm.  We do close one day each month for staff training—that day in May will be chosen

soon.  Adoptions are currently by appointment only.  For more information about our shelter, please call 358-2882, find us on Facebook at Prattville/Autauga Humane Society,
