HSEC Pet of the Week – Shadow
Shadow is a male Shepherd mix, 8-10 years old, about 65 lbs. He came to us because he was chasing squirrels and ducks. He is a very loving dog, good with other dogs and cats, seems fine with children, walks well on a leash, is calm natured and sits easily on command. Not a fan of gunfire but then and again many dogs don’t like loud noises.
Our normal adoption fees are $100 for dogs and $50 for cats under one-year-old; cats over one-year-old can be adopted by approved adopters for a fee of their choosing. This adoption fee completely covers the mandatory spay or neuter, basic immunizations, de-worming, microchip, heartworm check for dogs, rabies vaccination if old enough, free health exam with your participating veterinarian.
