FRAUDULENT USE OF A CREDIT CARD

100 Block of Kelley Boulevard

Millbrook, Alabama

Case: MBPD21-0408A

Millbrook Police Department

The Millbrook Police Department is currently seeking the identities of two unknown male and female subjects wanted for Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card / Theft of Property 3rd. (The female has been identified since this was originally posted.)

On March 26, 2021, the victim reported fraudulent charges made to his debit card in the 100 block of Kelley Blvd. The victim advised that the suspects stole his debit card out of an ATM of a neighboring business and then made fraudulent purchases using the card.

Security video from the business show an unknown female wearing a pair of distinct green colored sandals, white T-Shirt and light-colored shorts. In addition, the female was seen getting out of a (tan/beige) colored late model 4 door sedan: possibly Chevy Malibu. Video surveillance captured the accomplice which appears to be a black male subject occupying the vehicle at the time of the crime.

Both subjects were captured on video entering another store and making a purchase with the victim’s card. The male subject appears to be approximately 6’0-6’5 in height, with mini dread locks, wearing a possible red T-shirt with a “Just Do It” logo printed on the front.  The female suspect appeared to have disguised her appearance, she altered her description by wearing a red T-Shirt, dark colored jacket and a light-colored hat. The female subject is still identifiable by the green colored sandals and light-colored shorts.

After exiting the store, the suspects got into the same tan colored Chevy Malibu, fleeing in an unknown direction.
