Two men have been booked into the Autauga County Metro Jail on charges of attempted murder, after being arrested by the Prattville Police Department Sunday.
Hayden Phillip Nix, 24, of Montgomery faces attempted murder charges and was placed under a $60,000 bond.
Evan M. Serritelli, 23, of Tallassee, faces attempted murder charges and was placed under a bond of $60,000.
A release from the Prattville Police Department stated:
Sunday, the Prattville Police Department responded to Covered Bridge Parkway, Brentwood Landing Apartments, in reference to multiple shots fired and a subject shot. Upon arrival, officers discovered a 30-year-old male (resident of the apartments) with a gunshot wound to the upper body area. The victim was transported to Baptist South Hospital in Montgomery and is considered to be in serious condition. Officers were able to stop the suspect vehicle fleeing the area occupied by several male subjects. A subsequent investigation led to probable cause that two adult suspects inside of the vehicle were involved in the shooting of the victim.
Both suspects were later arrested for Attempted Murder and transported to the Autauga County Metro Jail. This case is still pending further investigation.
