FROM THE ELMORE COUNTY COMMISSION
Edgewood Road, S. Edgewood Road and Coosada Road are seeing microsurfacing and traffic striping this week. The successful contractor, Whitaker Construction, began placing notices last week to notify citizens who live on or near these roads of the impending improvements. As with other improvement projects, there will be a period of time where delays may be experienced as work is performed. We appreciate your patience while the improvements are being put in place.
The start and finish dates listed on the notices are estimates. Whitaker has targeted this week to begin work, but plans are subject to change depending on weather conditions.
