The Vestavia Hills Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating Terrell Eugene Bitten. Mr. Bitten is a 58 year old black male and may be living with a condition that may impair his judgement. He was last seen on September 23, 2020 at approximately 2:00 pm, possibly wearing navy blue Polo brand pajama bottoms, a denim jacket with gray sweatshirt sleeves, and blue and gray slippers in the area of Woodridge Place in Vestavia Hills.
