FOP Capitol City Lodge #11 To Present Check to Alabama Wounded Blue for Montgomery Officer Carlos Taylor Today

From the Fraternal Order of Police Capitol City Lodge #11

Officer Carlos Taylor of the Montgomery Police Department was severely injured in a traffic accident while serving the City of Montgomery. This has left him in a disabled state with many needs for his care.

Capitol City Lodge #11 of the Fraternal Order of Police is a law enforcement organization of nearly 300 active and retired law enforcement officers. They will be presenting Alabama Wounded Blue with a check of $2,000 for Officer Carlos Taylor. This check will go towards assisting in the purchase of a van to help Officer Taylor and his family in transporting him to appointments and any other need he may have.

We will be presenting this check at the Alabama Municipal Insurance Corporation located at 110

South Ripley Street on Wednesday, 23 September 2020. The time of this presentation will be at

4:00 PM.
