Have you Filled out your Census Information yet? Beginning in May, Census Workers will Make Home Visits if you Don’t Complete Information

BY SARAH STEPHENS, EAN OWNER/EDITOR

During Tuesday night’s Millbrook City Council meeting, Economic Development Director Ann Harper reminded everyone that there is still time to fill out Census information online.

“We want to encourage everyone, wherever you live, to fill out the information for the Census,” Harper said in the meeting. “We are getting a pretty good response here in Millbrook, but it is starting to level out. We have some individuals who are going out and trying to help us reach out to areas where there has not been a lot of response. This is so very important to get accurate numbers.”

The Elmore County Commission is also urging all area residents to complete the Census. If you have not done so, visit http://www.my2020census.gov to complete the survey online or call the Census Bureau at 844-330-2020.

Below is a recent release from the Elmore County Commission.
