Our featured pet this week is Isabelle. We only have one picture of her to share. We certainly look forward to things returning to normal soon, as I am sure everyone is!
Isabelle is a black and white, spayed female cat who is 15 years old. This sweet old lady is extremely affectionate, but stays to herself and only comes around occasionally when she wants to share some love. We believe this is due to her age. She is a wonderful senior kitty who would love to be in a forever home. Isabelle is currently in foster and she will be available for adoption as soon as the covid-19 epidemic subsides.
Our normal adoption fee for dogs is $120.00 and is $50.00 for cats. These fees cover a microchip, microchip registration, discounted spay/neuter, deworming, vaccinations (as age and law requires), and a courtesy vet exam at participating offices. Unless otherwise indicated under “special needs” our dogs have screened heart worm negative. The shelter is located at 1009 Reuben Road in Prattville. Due to the COVID-19 virus situation, our staff will be available for phone calls from 8:00 until 12:00 on Monday thru Saturday. We are not doing adoptions at this time. Many of the PAHS pets are currently in foster homes so anyone interested in adopting needs to call us during the hours listed to set up an appointment to meet the animal they are interested in meeting.
