In an effort to minimize the risk of exposure to COVID 19 to our citizens and our employees, the City of Millbrook has made the decision to close the Millbrook Utilities Business Office to the public effective April 7, 2020, until further notice.
There will be someone in the office 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday to assist you if you have any questions or concerns. The phone number is 334-285-3001.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
There are several methods of payment offered by Millbrook Utilities to be sure that your water and sewer bill can be paid on time. We cannot accept payments for other water systems.
• Mail your payment directly to:

• Call in your credit card payment in over the phone Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm at 334-285-3001.
• Pay your bill online with a credit card at The Millbrook Utilities Online Payment Portal located on the City’s website at cityofmillbrook.org. A 3% convenience fee will automatically be added to your total when using this service. Please have your customer number and service address from your statement to complete the payment.
• Pay through automatic bank draft. Please call the office and we can assist you with setting it up.
• There is a drop box available in front of the Utilities Business Office at 3861 Grandview Road where you can drop off your bill and payment in an envelope.
• You can pay through online bill pay from your bank account and have your payment mailed directly to Millbrook Utilities.
