HUGS-Homeless United Group Services
HUGS is in great need of canned goods right now, things with pop top cans such as soup, SpaghettiOs Etc. Any kind of dry goods that they can eat on the street, chips, beef jerky, peanut butter & crackers, pacjs of tuna fish or chicken, Vienna sausage, etc.

We always need toiletries, Hotel/travel size toothpaste shampoos, conditioners, bar soap Etc.
With summer time coming we are now ready to start collecting flip-flops, ball caps, visors, cases of water, umbrellas.
More Information About HUGS –
HUGS is a local organization that provides toiletries, food/snacks/water to the homeless and those less fortunate. HUGS also provides support to other community organizations with the same like mindedness.
HUGS is a not for profit organization (currently applying for 501(c)3) that provides toiletries, snacks and water to the homeless and those less fortunate in the Montgomery, AL tri-county area. Service lines include Prisca’s Purses which are donated purse filled with day to day hygiene necessities for women. Purses are donated by local women and organizations. Rex’s Love is our men’s service line that again, providing daily necessities that are packed into donated draw string back packs. We are always in need of donated toiletries and love to receive hotel/sample size products.
We are looking at adding a food service line in spring of 2017. We also work with other local homeless organizations in providing support as needed.
