PRE-REGISTRATION for 2020-2021

Alabama’s nationally recognized First Class Pre-K

is preparing for another exciting school year!

•             Elmore County Board of Education is accepting online pre-registration applications for the 2020-2021 school year for Eclectic Elementary, Holtville Elementary, Coosada Elementary, and Wetumpka Elementary Schools. (For assistance with accessing the online application, contact one of the schools or the Board of Education.)

•             Enrollment is open to all children four years of age on or before 9/1/20* (children who are eligible for kindergarten are ineligible).

•             Children may be pre-registered for any/all schools; parent/guardian is responsible for transportation.

•             Enrollees must:

o             live in Elmore County.

o             provide proof of residence–a current utility bill or copy of a lease or mortgage

o             provide a copy of the child’s birth certificate

             documents may be uploaded into the online pre-registration site or submitted directly to the school(s) for which you are registering

o             Child’s proof of residence and birth certificate MUST be received by the March 18 pre-registration deadline in order to be included in the drawing.

Documents may be submitted by one of the methods below:

             uploaded with online preregistration

             dropped off at the Elmore County Board of Education, 100 H. H. Robison Drive, Wetumpka, AL 36092 (Office hours: 7 a.m. – 4 p.m.)

             mailed to the Elmore County Board of Education, P. O. Box 817, Wetumpka, AL 36092

Failure to provide documents by the March 18 pre-registration deadline will disqualify the child from the random selection process.

•             Upon enrollment, child’s immunization record must be provided.

•             No child will be denied participation on basis of income, sex, race, color, national origin, or disability.

•             There is no registration fee for this program; monthly tuition of $40 per child will be charged.
