A nationwide promotion is bringing a fun and free lunch opportunity to Prattville this week, and it comes with one very specific requirement: your name.
Firehouse Subs will take part in a one day giveaway on Wednesday, May 6, offering a free medium Steak & Cheese Melt to guests whose names fall within the “Mike” family, including Mike, Michael, Mikey, Miguel, Michelle, Michele and Michaela.
The promotion is part of a national campaign celebrating the launch of the restaurant’s new Steak & Cheese Melt. The sandwich features USDA Choice prime rib, melted provolone, caramelized onions and bell peppers, served on Firehouse Subs’ signature top cut roll.
The offer will be available from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. for one visit per qualifying guest. Customers must present a valid government-issued ID reflecting a qualifying name at the time of redemption.
While the deal is limited to those with a qualifying name, it’s expected to draw attention from the wider community, whether that means tagging a friend, bringing a “Mike” along, or just stopping in to see what the buzz is about.
Firehouse Subs, founded by former firefighters, also gives back through its Public Safety Foundation, which has provided millions of dollars in lifesaving equipment and resources to first responders across the country.
For Prattville residents, it’s a lighthearted midweek promotion, and a pretty good excuse to double check what name is on your ID.
