Squeals of laughter, a marvelous spooky haunted house, lots of candy and games galore inspired fun by all at Airport Road Intermediate School’s (ARIS’s) Annual Harvest Festival on Thursday, Oct. 23, 2025. Over 1,000 people attended the event.
With all proceeds from the event going back into the classrooms, families enjoyed activities such as hayrides, costume contests, book fairs, performances, silent auctions, painting parties, cookie decorating, photo booths, and much, much more.
“The Harvest Festival was a wonderful event that brought together our community, families, and friends. We are grateful for the opportunity to host such a joyful event and create lasting memories for everyone who attended,” said Marcia Stephens, principal at ARIS.
A canned food drive was also taking place at the festival, and anyone who brought in three canned food items received a free candy bag to put their treats in.
Tiger Rock Martial Arts and the ARIS Dance Team did a fabulous job on their performances. The Harvest Festival’s king and queen and the costume contest winners were all announced at the end of the event.
ARIS thanks everyone who showed support for the school and volunteered their time to make the night successful, including YMCA staff and Stanhope Elmore High School’s DECA, FBLA, and Junior Civitan Club.
