During the Commission Meeting on September 23, the Elmore County Commission approved a Resolution honoring the achievements of Brantley Ann Barrett, who recently won the title of 12U Alabama Open Horseman Association (AOHA) Pole Bending State Champion. Brantley Ann had the winning time of 24.859 in the event. She has been riding horses since she was five years old and began competing in 2023. She competed on the horse that she trained named Dale. Congratulations to Brantley Ann Barrett, 12U AOHA Pole Bending State Champion.
