Elmore County Schools has announced its upcoming annual budget hearings, scheduled for September 9th at 3:00 p.m. and September 12th at 4:30 p.m. These hearings will provide the public with important insights into the school district’s financial planning and resource allocation for the upcoming year. The meetings will be held at the Central Office in the Board Room, located in Wetumpka.
In addition to the budget hearings, the Elmore County School Board will conduct its regular monthly work session and board meeting on September 17th. The work session will begin at 4:30 p.m., followed by the official board meeting at 5:00 p.m.
Community members are encouraged to attend these important meetings to stay informed about the district’s priorities and initiatives for the 2024-2025 school year. This is an opportunity for parents, educators, and stakeholders to engage with and understand the decision-making process.
