Tonight is the night for some great music, kids’ activities, goodies and a fantastic fireworks presentation in Wetumpka!
The birthday of this great country will be celebrated by the City of Wetumpka and the community is invited!
The event is scheduled to begin at 6 p.m. at Gold Star Park with live entertainment Slim and the Soulful Saints, face painting, glitter tattoos and Cotton Candy/glow cotton candy by Sweet Cheeks and Treats.
Shaved ice will also be available for purchase as well as Gelato provided by Venice Gelato and kettle corn by Joy’s Kettle Corn, LLC. Kids’ toys will also be available for purchase as will barbecue by Southern Smokeshack BBQ & Catering.
Music begins at 6 p.m., while the firework display will light up the sky above the City of Natural Beauty at approximately 8:30 p.m. You are invited to attend this family friendly event.
