Carly is an 8-month-old orange female tabby cat who has already been spayed. Carly is very special to the feline side of the shelter. She was such a lively cat when she came in. Such a joy to watch jump and play with her toys in her cage.
After she was spayed, she became deathly ill with an upper respiratory infection. There were times we didn’t think she was going to pull through. Carly is a tough girl though, look at her face, she is a fighter! Carly is running around in our adoption room like there is no tomorrow! Talking about happy tears!! Come meet this beautiful, affectionate, playing like she was never sick, girl! Carly will not disappoint!
Our adoption fee is $120.00 for dogs and $50.00 for cats. This fee covers a microchip, microchip registration, discounted spay/neuter, deworming, vaccinations (as age and law requires), and a courtesy vet exam at participating offices.
Unless otherwise indicated under “special needs” our dogs have screened heart worm negative.
The shelter is located at 1009 Reuben Road in Prattville. Our regular hours are Monday through Saturday from 11 am until 4 pm.
We are closed the last Thursday of the month for staff training. Adoptions are currently by appointment only.
