Mr & Mrs. Billy NUNN, of Prattville. Uncle Billy, as he was known by most folks, spent his later years maintaining the old family cemetery.

NUNN FAMILY CEMETERY- John Dennis and myself are planning to start clearing storm debris at the NUNN Family Cemetery Tuesday, Dec. 15th. Anyone else able to come are welcome to join us. We will plan an additional work day after the holidays. This cemetery and its brick wall date back to the 1830s. The bricks were hand made here in old Autauga. This cemetery MUST be saved.

Directions – take US Hwy 82 from Prattville, turn left on Co. Rd 40 W. near old Henderson’s Store. Go to Independence, turn left on Co. Rd 19, then immediately turn right on Co. Rd 33. Go up hill. Cemetery is off road to the left of Bethesda Missionary BC.
