Bonita is a 3-year-old female Black Lab mix who must be spayed before adoption. She was brought in by County Animal Control, and her owner never reclaimed her. Bonita is black and has gorgeous soulful brown eyes. She only weighs 34 pounds; and she is too thin but we are working on that with quality dog food. Bonita is timid, shy, and very gentle. She is fine with other dogs and would be good with children. Bonita is a perfect example of why Labs are such a loved breed. She would make a perfect family dog.
Dog/puppy adoption fees are $120. Cat/kitten adoption fees are $75. All pets will be spayed/neutered before adoption; or you will be given a discount spay/neuter certificate to be used at participating vet clinics to help with the cost of spay/neuter. Our adoption fees cover a microchip, microchip registration, deworming, vaccinations (as age and law requires), and a courtesy vet exam at participating offices. Unless otherwise indicated under ‘special needs’ our dogs have screened heart worm negative.
