The River Region Rodeo, hosted by the Prattville Rotary Club, is saddled up ready for its 4th Annual event May 29 and May 30, 2026, at the R.H. Kirkpatrick Agricultural Pavilion in Autaugaville, Alabama. This signature River Region event delivers heart pounding rodeo action, family entertainment, and a powerful commitment to community impact.
The excitement begins Thursday evening, May 28, with a The Gold Buckle Gala. This special evening will bring together sponsors, community leaders, and rodeo supporters for a night of celebration, fellowship, and fundraising in advance of the weekend’s rodeo events. The Gala sets the stage for an unforgettable weekend while supporting Rotary’s Senior Scholarship and non-profit grant initiatives.
The rodeo itself will feature thrilling competitions, fierce athletes, and unforgettable moments for fans of all ages.
“We are proud to bring the River Region Rodeo back for another incredible year. From the Gala to the Queen Pageant to two action packed nights in the arena, this event reflects the heart of our community and allows us to reinvest directly into local service projects and grants,” said representatives of the Prattville Rotary Club.
Proceeds from the River Region Rodeo directly benefit community grants and scholarships administered by the Prattville Rotary Club. Each year, the Club awards multiple scholarships to graduating high school seniors in the Autauga County area, including named awards in honor of Horace Powell and Frank Lamar. Scholarships range in size and are awarded based on essay submissions and counselor recommendations.
Students interested in applying should meet with their school counselor for details on eligibility and application requirements or visit https://www.prattvillerotary.com/scholarship-program for more information. Scholarship applications are due May 1 and will be awarded at the River Region Rodeo.

Rodeo Dates: May 29 and May 30, 2026
Location: R.H. Kirkpatrick Agricultural Pavilion, 2224 Highway 14 West, Autaugaville, Alabama 36003
Price: Adult tickets are $19 in advance, kids 4-12 are $15 in advance, kids 3 and under are free.
Time: Gates open at 5:30PM. Event starts at 7:30PM
In addition to the rodeo, the River Region Rodeo Queen Pageant will showcase young ladies from across the region who embody confidence, poise, and Western spirit. Entries for the pageant are due April 30, 2026, and there are no residential restrictions.
