Garner Electric, Inc. and Garner & Associates Engineering PC officially broke ground on their new joint facility, Sept. 2, 2025, alongside leaders from the City of Millbrook and the Millbrook Area Chamber of Commerce.
For decades, Garner Electric, Inc. has been a trusted name in Alabama, providing high-quality electrical services for both commercial and residential projects and emphasizing putting people first.
“No matter what size the project is, we want to make sure everybody is happy and safe,” said Harris Garner, Founder and President of Garner Electric, Inc. “We can’t always do that, but we will always give it our best effort.”
Garner & Associates Engineering PC, a separate but family-connected business, provides consulting and design services for electrical, life safety, and auxiliary systems. The company believes the new facility will reflect its values.
“We have a lot of pride in what we do,” said Morgan Garner, Founder and Principal Electrical Engineer for Garner & Associates Engineering PC. “I want people to look at us and our new office and know that this represents how we feel about projects.”
Morgan—Harris’s son—was inspired to become an engineer at a young age. After growing up helping his father with his electrical business in Millbrook, he quickly learned that engineers are the ones who create the plans electricians rely on to bring projects to life.
“The reason we want to continue being a part of this community is because it isn’t just about me or the company,” said Harris Garner. “It’s about the legacy I wanted to build for my family, our business family, and our community family in Millbrook.”
Together, Harris and Morgan are focused on expanding their impact in Millbrook and across the state, strengthening both their companies and their shared vision of service.
