Pet of the Week – Jax
Jax is a 5-6-month-old male Retriever mix who must be neutered before adoption. He was an owner surrender because his owner no longer wanted him. Jax is brown with white markings; and he is a good looking fellow. He weighs 54 pounds; and we believe he will be a large adult dog. Jax is full of ‘puppy’ energy; and he loves to play! This happy go lucky guy would be good with other dogs and older children (due to his activity level). Jax is a good boy who just needs a patient owner who will help him channel his energy through lots of exercise.
Dog/puppy adoption fees are $120. Cat/kitten adoption fees are $75. All pets will be spayed/neutered before adoption; or you will be given a discount spay/neuter certificate to be used at participating vet clinics to help with the cost of spay/neuter. Our adoption fees cover a microchip, microchip registration, deworming, vaccinations (as age and law requires), and a courtesy vet exam at participating offices. Unless otherwise indicated under ‘special needs’ our dogs have screened heart worm negative.
