The Millbrook Men’s Club July 4th Barbecue is completely sold out!
Cooking crews worked through the night, with the morning team taking over for sales and pickup. It was quick work this morning, according to Millbrook Mayor Al Kelley.
“We sold out of everything!” he said.
In recent years the club has begun taking pre-orders on their bulk meat, chicken halves and camp stew. This year they also sold Boston Butts. Congratulations on a complete Sell Out!
All of the funds raised from this event go right back into the community. The Millbrook Men’s Club was formed in 1941, and they were a huge part of helping with the infrastructure and advances to the area long before Millbrook became an official city.
The Men’s Club would like to give a special thank you to members who participated and volunteers for this year’s event, including Troop 19, Troop 191, SEHS Baseball, and the SEHS Fishing Team.
