Independence Volunteer Fire Department
On Saturday, August 2, 2025, we’re hosting our “Red, White & Revved Up” Car Show and Fish Fry at 1702 County Road 40 West in Prattville. This event is both a celebration of community and a crucial fundraiser to support our department’s emergency services.
We’ll showcase a wide variety of vehicles—from vintage cars and motorcycles to Jeeps, tractors, and custom builds—and serve up a delicious, southern-style fish fry. Plates will be available for $15 you can pre-order plates as well, and proceeds go directly toward supporting our volunteer fire department.
The event is free to the public, and we’re currently inviting vehicle participants to register for $25 per vehicle, with a $10 discount for military and first responders. We’re also actively seeking sponsors and vendors. This is a great opportunity for local businesses and makers to promote their services, connect with the community, and support a vital cause.
