PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE – CDBG

The City of Prattville will hold a Public Hearing on May 27, 2025, at 5:00 p.m. on the 2nd floor of 124 W. Main Street, Prattville, AL 36067, to review the City of Prattville’s submission of an application for the Fiscal Year 2025 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program. The City of Prattville is interested in obtaining all citizens’ input on community development needs within the City. Activities eligible for funding include improving public works, public facilities, housing rehabilitation, and others allowed by law. At least 51% of the funds must be used to benefit low and moderate-income persons. The City is proposing to apply for $500,000.00 in funding to improve the City’s infrastructure. All citizens are encouraged to attend and comment on the proposed activities. No displacement of persons will be proposed.
