Pride of the Tribe Band Boosters
The WHS Pride of the Tribe Band Boosters, Inc. is excited to announce our upcoming Silent Auction fundraiser, which will be held in conjunction with the Wetumpka High School Band’s Spring Concert on Thursday, April 24, 2025. Our goal is to raise at least $10,000 to directly support our band students and their growing program.
We are reaching out to ask if you would consider supporting our efforts by donating an item, gift basket, service, or gift certificate to be auctioned off during the event. Every donation — big or small — will make a meaningful impact.
Why your support matters:
Funds raised from this event will help cover important expenses such as instruments, sheet music, travel, meals, uniforms, and more — easing the financial burden on our students and their families.
As a thank you, your business will be recognized during the event and your donated item will be prominently displayed, along with any promotional materials you provide (business cards, brochures, etc.).
Deadline to donate:
We kindly ask that all donations be received by Monday, April 21, 2025, to ensure we have time to prepare and promote each item.
