DAC Foundation to host University of Alabama Osher Lifelong Learning Institute in Prattville

On Friday, February 28, 2025, the DAC Foundation will host a day-long program for the University of Alabama Osher Lifelong Learning Institute (OLLI). The program will include a slideshow presentation, a buffet lunch, a visit to the Prattville Creative Arts Center at 342 South Chestnut Street, and a visit to the Autauga County Heritage Center at 102 East Main Street. The presentation will focus on the Dixie Art Colony and the history of Prattville and Autauga County.

Osher Lifelong Learning Institute (OLLI) at The University of Alabama offers adults 50-plus enriching educational, social, and cultural experiences through courses, field trips, events, and travel. The 125 Osher Lifelong Learning Institutes are located at universities in all 50 states and the District of Columbia. The nonprofit is funded in part by The Bernard Osher Institute.
