In 1996, Eugene Casby (black/male) was convicted of first-degree sexual abuse in Montgomery, Alabama. As a result of his conviction, he is required to register as a sex offender during his birth month (October) and every three months thereafter.
Casby last registered with the Montgomery Police Department (MPD) on November 8, 2021, and was due to return in January 2022. However, he has not returned to MPD for registration. MPD has requested Central Alabama CrimeStoppers to share this information in an attempt to further this investigation.
