Thanks to the Bake for Good program, ECTC Culinary Arts students learned the art of baking delicious treats. They dove into the math and science of bread making in class, then put their skills to the test with King Arthur ingredients. Armed with their newfound knowledge, they whipped up two loaves of bread (one to keep, one to share) and cinnamon rolls. 32 loaves of bread and 25 boxes of cinnamon rolls were donated to the Elmore County Food Pantry.
Whether sharing with a local food bank or a neighbor, our students are spreading kindness, one loaf at a time.
