Prattville Fire Department
We are happy to announce that our department has been awarded a grant through Homeland Security that completely paid for a new, 2024, F-350 Super Duty pickup truck and its upfitting. This truck will be used to haul personnel and equipment to various technical rescue scenes and deployments. We were awarded this grant due to our department’s preparedness and our history of emergency response to both natural and manmade disasters – most recently, the tornadoes in Autauga County and the response to North Carolina for devastation caused by Hurricane Helene. This new equipment will allow us to provide more efficient and reliable emergency services as we strive to keep Prattville safe, protected, and resilient! Thank you for your support!
