There have been a lot of updated addresses over the past two years. A lot of addresses in our coverage area were out of order.
If you received a letter in the mail that stated your address had changed please put new numbers on your house, mailbox, or sign easily visible from the road day or night so we can quickly locate you. This flyer should have accompanied that letter.
Just recently we had an incident where addresses had not been corrected at the street and it took us longer to find the house which delayed patient care. Thankfully this time it wasn’t a life-threatening emergency. That might not be the case next time.
