The Prattville Police Department is investigating a felony retail theft and seeks the public’s help with identifying the suspect.

Prattville Police Investigators released photos of an unknown suspect wanted for a theft that occurred on January 12, 2025, at Dollar General, 1455 Martin Luther King Jr. Drive, Prattville, Alabama.

Investigators say the pictured suspect, identified as a black male, entered the business and stole a large quantity of Gain detergent and paper towels. The property was valued at approximately $1,000.00. The suspect fled the business, loading the stolen goods into an unknown type of vehicle. The vehicle, driven by an unknown suspect, left the scene in an unknown direction of travel.

Investigators say the suspects also reportedly committed a theft at Dollar General located in Clanton, Alabama, wearing the same clothing.
