Millbrook Alabama
Many thanks to Youth Leadership Elmore County of the Elmore County-Alabama Extension office for spending the morning in Millbrook yesterday for a workday. Thanks to these young leaders, we now have fresh mulch on the grounds at Kids Kingdom at the Village Green Park. Elmore County area high schools were well represented. We are grateful to Katrina Mitchell, Extension Coordinator, and Brenda Henson, Agent Assistant, for coordinating the event. The goal of this nine-month program is to equip youth with the skills and mindset needed to contribute actively to their communities. Good job!
