Tomorrow, Tuesday, November 5, is Election Day! Polls across Alabama will be open from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., giving every eligible voter the opportunity to participate in this essential democratic process. Voting is more than just a civic duty—it’s your chance to help shape the future of our communities, state, and country.

If you’re unsure where to vote, the Alabama Secretary of State’s website, AlabamaVotes.gov, is the best resource. This site provides critical tools for voters, including verification of polling locations and voter registration status.

Alabama Secretary of State Wes Allen encourages all voters to visit the website before heading to the polls: “AlabamaVotes.gov makes several important tools available to Alabama’s voters. Before heading to the polls on November 5, I would encourage all Alabama voters to visit our website and verify their voter registration status and polling location,” said Allen. “Our website also provides those who voted absentee the ability to track their absentee ballot. You can also view the sample ballot for your county and read up on Alabama’s photo ID requirements for voting on our website.”

For those interested in previewing their choices, sample ballots are available for each Alabama county on the website. Remember to bring a valid photo ID, which is required to cast your vote.

Tomorrow is a vital day for Alabama and the nation. Make sure your voice is part of it—head to the polls and make a difference!
