We are excited to announce Christopher Black Sr. as President of DCCI. Chris has served in a variety of capacities with DCCI since February 2018, including national sales manager and technical team lead. In addition, Hope Black has been named Vice President of DCCI. She has been with the organization since 2022 as manager of client financial services. Chris and Hope bring with them countless years of experience in the field of mobile technology sales, service and installation. As leaders in the industry, Chris, Hope and DCCI are excited to continue their established tradition of providing quality service to their clients.
DARDEN RETIRES FROM DCCI

Enhanced Billing Options
We have completed transition to our new billing platform effective October 1. The new platform offers improved functionality for clients. We are now able to accept AMEX, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, debit cards and E-checks on all accounts. Clients can login to their customer service portal to access billing information and options. Through this self-maintained portal, you can also set up automatic payments by any of these options. We plan to launch additional portal features over the next several months to better serve you.
