Bear is an 80 lb, 1 1/2 year-old male Great Pyrenees that came to us as part of a multi-dog intake. He is a super sweet boy, loves people, good with SMALLER FEMALE dogs (no male dogs or large female dogs please), seems fine with cats but is NOT good with chickens as thinks they are quite tasty. He was an outside dog but did not live with livestock so no livestock guarding experience. He is also not formally housetrained but am sure he can quickly learn as he loves being with his people.
Our adoption fees are $100 for dogs & $50 for cats under one-year-old; cats over one-year-old can be adopted by approved adopters for a fee of their choosing. This adoption fee completely covers the mandatory spay or neuter, basic immunizations, de-worming, microchip, heartworm check for dogs, rabies vaccination if old enough, free health exam with your participating veterinarian.
