Select Works from the DAC Foundation Collection

The DAC Foundation has partnered with the CITY OF PRATTVILLE and the PRATTAUGA ART GUILD to present this exhibition titled “ECHOES OF THE PAST PART II: Select Works from the DAC Collection.” The exhibition is located at the Prattville Creative Arts Center at 342 South Chestnut Street in Historic Downtown Prattville. A reception will be held on THURSDAY, AUGUST 8, from 4:30 until 6:30 pm. A slideshow featuring DAC artist DORIS ALEXANDER THOMPSON will be available for viewing.
The exhibition, curated by DAC Foundation founder and director Mark Andrew Harris, features works by Dixie Art Colony/DAC Bayou Painters artists Doris Alexander Thompson, Carlos Alpha “Shiney” Moon, Norma LaMae Forbes, and Walter Lee Keith. Gallery hours are Friday and Saturday from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm and Sunday from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm and by appointment. To schedule an appointment, call 334.328.0730.
