The Town of Deatsville, Harvest Fields Community Church, and thousands of attendees enjoyed a great July 4th celebration, culminating in a grand fireworks display Thursday evening.
There was plenty of live music, food trucks, entertainment for kids and a lot of visiting.
The Town of Deatsville spent over $15,000 for the show according to Sandy Bradshaw, the Town Clerk. Jeff & The Johnsons band kept the feet tapping. The bounce houses stayed full and lines stayed busy for the food trucks.
Several thousand people filed into the field by Harvest Fields Community Church to spend the afternoon. While there was a risk of rain, there were no issues and the show went off successfully.
Thank you to all who played a part in this great community event.
