Hey River Friends and Residents! The Annual Alabama River Clean Up of 2024 is Saturday, June 29, 2024 at Swift Creek Landing in Autaugaville.
Volunteers are encouraged to meet at the Swift Creek boat ramp at 8:30 a.m. Please wear protective clothing including rubber boots, long pants, hats, insect repellent and sunscreen. Minors must have a chaperone to participate. Food and beverages will be provided, including breakfast, snacks and lunch.
The Alabama River Clean-Up is coordinated by Autauga County PALS, Town of Autaugaville, Autauga County Commission, Prattville Area Chamber of Commerce, Autauga County Rescue Squad, Autauga County Fire Association. Autauga County Litter Crew, Advanced Disposal Services, Alabama Power, Southern Power and other key partners.
Directions: Travel to Autaugaville on Alabama Highway 14. Turn south on County Road 21. Go to Swift Creek boat ramp.

This event is being held in conjunction with the Autaugaville Summer Clean-Up. Trash Bags can be picked up in Autaugaville at City Hall, the Fire Department, Library and AG Center.
