The Millbrook City Council had very special guests at their regular meeting Tuesday. Members and leaders with Boy Scout Troop 191 were in attendance and helped lead the invocation and the Pledge of Allegiance prior to the meeting. They then stayed through the meeting, watching the process of local government, the votes on issues of the day, and how local government works to keep the city operating smoothly.
Their visit was part of their work to obtain merit badges for the Boy Scouts and learn about local government.
