Recovery ALIVE is a national faith-based organization that utilizes a 12-step recovery process to promote healthy change centered around “3 Ps.” Those are the Power of recovery, people of recovery and the process of recovery.
The organization is hosting an inaugural charity golf event to support the program in September at the Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail @ Capitol Hill.
The event will be held Sept. 16 with a shotgun start at 8 a.m. The cost per team is $540.
This particular event is being hosted by Recovery ALIVE @ the Creek.
There will be a continental breakfast and lunch provided. Each golfer will receive a special gift as a token of appreciation.
Prizes will be awarded for 1st and 2nd place winners.
Competitions include closest to the pin, hole in one challenge, and longest drive.
Profits from the event will go towards the establishment of Christ-centered recovery homes in our local area, providing essential support and resources for men and women in need.
There are also multiple levels of sponsorship.
